Shamrock Shake anyone? Celebrate St. Patrick’s day with a Maximized version of your favourite Irish green shake! Unlike the fast food versions, which are full of additives and sugar, this Shamrock Shake is full of healthy fats. Naturally green and ultra-creamy, this shake will surely become a year-round favourite. This amazing recipe is so easy that you can be drinking it before you start making it (under 5 minutes I promise!). Also, with spinach this shake is more like a detox smoothie, filled with vitamins and rich nutrients! All the things I like to hear and it’s no wonder that my friends also love this recipe too! Serve it chilled before serving and you are sure to be the best Irishmen/women in the room. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1.5 cups ice
  • 1 cup spinach
  • A few drops peppermint oil/extract
  • Stevia to taste
  • Cacao nibs to chocolate it up (optional)

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth. Additional liquid, such as water or almond milk may be required to allow for easier blending!

Serve chilled in a tall glass. With or without ice and you and your friends and family will surely fall in love with this drink.
